I recently pickup up a gto 22 and the steering is stiff. I'm fairly certain that the cable needs to be replaced. What I have not been able to figure out is where do I access the cable attachment point for the rudder? Do I need to remove the fuel tank or is there some where else that I am not seeing? I would like to be able to unhook the cable at the rudder to verify that the cable is the issue. Thanks for any and all help!
