general engine maintenance

I am looking at buying my first boat, the boat is a baymaster and is equipped with a 90hp evinrude, now the boat has been just sitting for the past 2years due to the owners health conditions, the boat starts, my question is what should be done in terms of maintenance right off the bat??? Thx.
