General Starting diagram

I was just wondering if someone had a "universal wiring harness" to start and run my 470, I have to get it off the stand and secure it before I do this however all I want to do is start it and run it and make any necessary adjustments to fine tune it out of the boat. Any help will be appreciated....Vince

Run a jumper from the positive battery terminal to the + terminal of the coil. That is your ignition switch.
Jump the starter solenoid to crank the starter.

That's all there is to it for wiring.
