once again the "Pledge of Allegience comes under attack!!!!<br /><br />Judge Lewis in Georgia who opens his court every day with the Pledge of Allegiance, may not be able to so in the near future!!!!<br /><br />It was on June 26th 2002 the "Pledge of Allegiance" was banned from public schools. the 9th circuit Court of Appeals has ruled since the pledge contains the phase"under God", it is unconstitutional establishment of a religion!!!<br /><br />Attorney general John Ashcroft condemmend the decision!!!<br /><br />On June 15th 2004 the Supreme Court of the United States ruled unanimously that the phrase 'Under God" would remain intact as a patriotic oath in public schools!!!<br /><br />Now the court system in Georgia comes under attack!!!
