In what usage? If you mean if you bed your stringers in PL can you glass over it, the answer is yes, but ONLY after it cures a MINIMUM of 48 hours and it's better if its 72 hrs. If you mean will it adhere to a layer of pure PL adhesive. NO!!!

While working for a Nautical Engineer awhile back, a guy came into the shop looking for a way to repair his plastic fuel tank on his van. The Engineer had me mix 5200 with polyester resin. I kicked it with MEKP and used it with CSM. Dang thing held up for several years.
