Go Pro underwater ?

Anyone use one ? How did you like it? Work good?
How deep did you go? I'm not a diver , but you can mount it to a pole or hang it from a line.

Just got a Hero 3 Go Pro . Have not used it yet but I think it,s good up to 190 ft . I will be using mine mostly for boating and surfing . In and out of the water is what it,s made for . All kinds of mounting attachments out there ..

Go Pro cameras work very well underwater. When shooting underwater segments for a Travel Channel episode, we actually used the Go Pro Audio for the host's voice over and a few video segments. I've never taken them deeper than about 60'.

We mounted them to the host's full face mask and to the boat.

I have the Hero 3 Silver and we used it for our Scuba trip last Spring. It works very well underwater. If you plan on using it for that purpose, get a red lens filter for it. It improves the colors because the water filters out the red deeper you go.
