Good Deal?

Hi all,
I'm new here... I'm just looking for a few opinions from experienced Wellcraft owners.
I'm looking at an '89 19.5' Classic 190... Is $2,200 a good deal? It hasnt been in the water since 07 but the engine looks perfect and sounds good. I cant see anything wrong with it. Everything seems to be working and in fairly good condition. There are some soft spots up in the front bowrider area and in the wooden compartment up there. Other than the fading paint and slightly ripped seats, that seems to be the biggest issue I can see. Any thoughts on this price? Im sure we would keep it and enjoy for years to come but just wondering thoughts from people who know about these boats. Thanks!

I have a 85 210 elite wellcraft that I am really happy with the manufacture. For that price if it runs and doesn't leak that is not a bad price. I would change some things like impeller and bellows and grease everything and just check it over. I would try to water test it. Also week spots in the floor could mean rotted stringers. But my floor was gone and my stringers were still solid.
