You can wait for an answer, but the best info will be given if you can post any numbers from that prop.
Someone here may have the same boat/engine combo, but what if they have more/less weight, and maybe operate 1000ft elevation higher?
You could be 2-4" different in pitch.

You could try the Prop Selector at the Mercury Marine site. It can give you ideas and get you close.

also i took 9 people out on the boat last night and couldnt get it to plane without getting some people into the front of the boat. My boat is rated for 12 people what could be going on? my tabs are currently not working could this be my problem? my prop numbers are listed above.

OK, let's start over...
The 4500RPM...was that a light load, or full of people?
Is your boat 23' or 26'?
If you can give me this info, I "think" I can figure the prop you have now, because we have a known GPS speed, I know the slip rate will be high because of boat size, and if we use your tach figure (if we knew it was accurate), I think I know what you have but I need to know if you were light or loaded with the 4500RPM, and the length of boat.....
I think we can get "real" close...

well the boat is a 26' from tip of anchor to swim step. The load that day was 2 people.

I think you have a 13 pitch prop...
