I know you are a full grown man quite capable of making your own decitions ,I have got to ask ,Do you have any work for me to do? I sure could use the EASY MONEY ( I am just trying to make light of this decition) GOOD LUCK with what you decide, keep all your receipts and document everything you do (written,receipts,and pics.) You might change your mind later on (like some one said eirlier) when you find all the other problems you HAVEN'T FOUND YET!!! AGAIN I wish you the best.. PAT.. I BELIEVE YOU HAVE TWO YEARS TO TAKE SOME ONE TO SMALL CLAIMS..DEPENDING IN WHICH STATE YOU LIVE IN. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING YOU MIGHT BE GLAD YOU DID LATER , IF SOMETHING HAPPENS MORE SEVERE LATER BECAUSE OF WHAT HE DID OR DIDN'T DO.

what i am going to say can happen but will not.. but an example of city life as i live in south philly...the shop is in the suburbs as they hid behind that nice storefront. as i get older i get mellow.. but if his shop was in south philly he would have more problems then i do..this is not a threat but a city fact. people in the city deal with things different...its like liking in the mountains and visiting n.y and getting mugged. a country boy might give a chase . a city boy might put him self in a way where it's not going to happen. you cannot get away with lots of this bad stuff in a city...I CHOOSE TO WRITE CHECK IN PROTEST LIKE THE GUY SAID EARLIER..TAKE PICTS . TELL HIM HE'S BEING SUED . from bad quality repair's and see what happens. as much as i got ripped off i want to put this to sleep as it really messed up my summer. my 14 y/o does not like boats because when he was younger i rebuild quite a few. i try to pay and this happens. i will be fine . just losing a truck load of beers here.

also i restore homes and i do great work and i was a sucker to fall for this but what can you do
