Interesting if that is really true. I was wondering why any Fish & Game would care about boat fuel usage.More than likely they're contemplating offering tax refunds (road tax) for fuels consumed in a boat.
A number of States are now offering to refund the "road tax" portion of your fuel if you submit receipts at the end of the year or........justification to move money from transportation budget over to Fish and Boat
naaah....don't think so....."they" want to ensure we receive the full benefit (huh?) of boat fuel tax.....nothing about refund.....More than likely they're contemplating offering tax refunds (road tax) for fuels consumed in a boat.

Every time I renew the boat registration I get a question of approximately how many gallons of fuel did you use. Supposedly the State of PA will then take that amount and transfer the road tax to the Fish and Boat Commission.More than likely they're contemplating offering tax refunds (road tax) for fuels consumed in a boat.
