I like my job! I work as a utilitie mechanic for a large school district. I get to do a lot of different things ranging from renovations to working on boilers, running data, fixen elevators,doors windows,plumbing, fixing tractors. You name it I probably worked on it. 18 different building to take care of so at least I dont have to look at the same old place every day. The only drawback are some of the A-holes that I have to work with. If the people were better I would love this job. Great bennys and retirement. Very stable also. After all those years in construction this is almost like being retired. ALMOST!!!

Ya, I gotta say I love my job too.<br />great hours, and good people to work with. And I <br />Don't have to deal with people I don't like. <br />Always look forward to work, after a good holiday.

i ran my construction company for 12 years 85 employees sold it last year and know I professionally fish for a living<br /><br />and I have to tell you I LOVE LIFE!!!!!!!

I like my job. I'm under-appreciated by my boss(es) but my customers appreciate me. I'm a Postal Service Letter Carrier.<br /><br />I'm a former cop and I must admit I like the sameness & routine of carrying mail. The same route every day. I don't have to work overtime if I don't want to and nobody's shot at me on this job.... YET!

I love my job.<br /><br />It can sometimes be strange, my boss's boss is my dad. <br /><br />I'm a function waiter. I wait on tables with a staff of 7-9 other coWorkers. We work huge weddings, sometime weddings that cost the people over 30,000 <br /><br />Its a long day, and my feet hirt for the rest of the night, but I have fun and for the most part work with people I like and have fun being around. I love my boss, because if I mess somthing up, he'll just come out and say something like "what the hell is your prolbem<br />" and I get in line <br /><br />Its great because after we are done we all sit down and eat together, around 4:00AM But its like a family, and we always eat/drink well after work.<br /><br />At my age, I could not ask for a better job.

Great Job? well I dont know... Im a boat mechanic, have been since 1982. Worked along time for 8.00 a hour,if that, Now im multicertified, making $35.00 per hour and flagging 60+ hours in a 40 hour week. NO benefits Thankfully my wife has good insurance.
