Green Tails?????

I found a small fish market in the next town and I wanted to do something special as I have been on the road quite a bit since christmas. I decided to make a meal. I bought my wife and I something I never heard of before. Austrailian Green Tail Lobster.<br /><br />This is incredible. I wonder if any of you out there have heard of this. It was recommended months ago by a friend but this is the first time I found it. WOW. I will say that it is rather pricy but compared to going out for a first class meal it is rather cheap. The wife about flipped out. Cook simply on the grill. <br /><br />Those Ausies sure got something going on down there.

Those are fantastic, also if you can get them, try NZ Green lip mussels

LOL@ lf,darth.never had them never heard of them but the nearest fresh seafood market,oh is probly 6hr doing 80mph.
