After a couple years of struggles, trials and tribulations my 1976 55hp Chrysler is doing what it's supposed to! So there is hope for everyone that is trying to get their outboards "back to normal".
It started, it ran SMOOTH... Shut it down and it started up again an hour later just like it's supposed to! However, the only "issue" I had was when it first started. It would start, idle, and then die when I put it in gear. After a few attempts it got going and functioned perfect after that first "episode". Any ideas on what is causing that or what I might try?
Thanks for everyone's help!
