(Name witheld) shot me with a 12ga shotgun, full choke, 2-3/4oz of #7-1/2 pellets, when he flushed a pheasant and it flew straight at me from about 60yd. It was in a cornfield south of Warrenville, IL in 1970. Several superficial head wounds that hurt like the devil.
I know it sounds familiar, but he never made VP of the USA.
Never hunted with me again, either.
