I didn't know anybody cared!
Just got home with my newest acquisition, repaired. Had it for a week and the tranny went out on it. Got it home and it was making a buzzing noise from the front end, but it went away before I could get the hood open and try to find it. I think it's the external transmission cooler that was installed on it, the tranny before this one supposedly had a tad over 10k on it before it ate itself up, I think I figured out what the culprit was. I can only assume that pressure builds up and there's a restriction which is causing the buzzing noise. I'm going to fix that before I start driving it full time...don't want to burn up a perfectly new transmission.
Oh, and it has a V8 in it
