I recently purchased 19ft cc polar with 115 yamaha 4-stroke, motor runs good but has a hard time planning speed tops out @35mph. Prop has 19k stamped on it.
Not a pro's answer but you may want to add those platic "wings" to the cavitation plate. I have used them on another boat and it seems to help. I assume your engine is compleatly in the full drop down position where it should be to get up on a plane quicker.
