Friend of mine flew a guys wife down to Ft Lauderdale yesterday. He calls me cause he is board. He at this minute is sitting on a 158 foot yacht. The Chef is cooking the pilots dinner. I ask where they are at. He says at the dock. And they are not going out in the "Big Water". Why I ask? Because the life jackets are being "Re-Certfied? WHats up with that?? I said Wal Mart has life jackets....But then Im thinking its a insurance thing. Do insurance companys make you with a boat this big comply with charter regulations?
