I have a Hawkeye D10D depth sounder I purchased in 2008. Just this year when I took out the boat I noticed it no longer is reading. I start the boat and the sounder goes through its startup and reads the depth for maybe 30 seconds then the sounder shows --- blank. It will only read when first powered up and it appears the transducer is still working (at least at start up). I have a thru hull transducer epoxied in the engine compartment. Does this sound like the transducer or the main receiving and display unit that is the problem? Thanks in advance.
