Head Bolt Torque lbs. and Order

anyone able to let me know what order and the torque lbs. for an 85 johnson 30hp (j30elcoa) Head, water cover, and bypass cover bolts are? any help would be greatly appreciated.

18 to 20 foot pounds (cyl head), sequence as follows.

9...10
5....6
1....2
4....3
8....7

The others..... you could simply just tighten them up, however, they're usually 1/4x20 bolts which would be 60" to 80" (INCH) pounds (5-7 foot pounds). tighten from center to outer portion of the plate.
