Glad you're still kickin' there buddy! Sheesh! How old are you? I keep wondering myself, I'm on the downhill side of my 30s and keep thinking I'm 22; so far so good, but I guess you never know!!!

I keep forgetting to take time for myself, we all know it's important but keep thinking...tomorrow.​

UPDATE Visited the hospital today and had a "normal" EKG. The Dr was happy and I am too! I should be able to return to work next week

Keep my s/Dad in your prayer's tomorrow he gets his old pacemake replaced and a new multi functional defi/pacemaker installed.

I'm happy to hear the VA took you in and patched you up!! This may be a great reason to slow down some more and smell the fishes! Rest a bit and we'll keep ya company in your down time!

Glad to hear the update Bob. How about spending one more week recovering before going back to work, just to be safe?

Then again, if it was me, I'd be desperate to get away from 'er indoors!
