I have a 1999 Johnson 250hp outboard that I just installed on my boat. After installation the trim will not got up. It goes down just fine using both the cowl button, and the switch on the shifter. I switched the relays to see if that was the problem, it was not. Same thing no matter which relay is in there. I started testing the wires to see what is up. The blue wire never gets power when either switch is used. If I power the blue wire manually the trim goes up just fine. So what is the deal???? Help??
