Help dropping Johnson tj110tlcem lower unit. 1989 model

I have removed all of the appropriate bolts on the lower unit but it still won't drop. I'm unsure if it's just seated really well or if I'm missing something. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. A lot of bass are getting away!

You removed a total of 6 bolts?
Did you disconnect the shift linkage?

No I didn't. Do you know where I may obtain or can you give specific instructions? Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
