Hi,
I have read that there should NOT be any volts on the black/yellow killwire. But sadly I have about 0,7 volts and no sparks.
The engine is a 3cyl 35 HP Evinrude 1997, started by rope.
Kill switch and wire harness is disconneted, so the killwire is floating in air. No batteries is connected.
How am I able to have 0.7 volts on this wire when the engine is not running?
How do I debug this ?
Any help is appriciated.
