I need some help with the following items below. Motor is a 1987 Johnson 200 Looper.

#1. The intake plug was dry rotted and need to know what size of plug cap will fit.
#2 and #3 Plug connector that is coming from behind power trim/tilt junction box. What am I missing, I can't find the other end. Trim/Tilt works fine. Is this the sender to a gauge?
#4. Purple and white wire to Primer Solenoid. Going thru the harness, what does it connect to at dash or at motor? At the dash, is it supposed to connect to the ignition for the "push to prime" function?

Thanks for your help

Don't know what size the plug is but I would remove what's left and see if you can find something at the auto parts store. I wouldn't worry too much about an exact replacement as long as it fits and you get it plugged. A piece of fuel line with a plug and clamp would probably do.

The two pin plug is probably the sender for the tilt/trim. The sender is mounted on the hydraulic unit. It is black plastic and has an arm that contacts the engine as it moves up and down. You should be able to trace it back. If you go to shop2.evinrudeDOTcom and look at 1988 225 midsection, item 84 you will see the sender. Don't remember your exact year but I'm sure it was the same location.

The purple and white wire would connect to the C terminal on the ignition switch. When the switch is pushed in it makes a connection from the M terminal activating the primer solenoid.

I read your earlier thread. Did you replace or repair the power head?
