Help in selecting correct exhaust shutters

Hello,
I'm trying to gather all my parts (as I do every year) to get my boat ready for my spring launch. I replaced my water pump impeller a couple weeks ago and found a piece of my exhaust shutter in the outdrive. I want to replace them, but I am having a hard time selecting the correct ones. The engine was replaced in my boat by the previous owner and as hard as I have searched I have not been able to find a mercruiser serial number.

The boat is a 1990 Sea Ray with a 350. The transom plate serial number is om277495, which is for an Alpha Gen II drive. I know that this must have been upgraded being that the boat is a 1990. The risers (being replaced this year) are 4". Im not sure if any of this information helps, but I figured I would include all that I know. I can get more info if needed.

A photo of the current shutters (or where they should be would help, but most likely you need the later style ones, -807166A1.

Thanks. Ill try to snap a pic or two once I get it apart. Just waiting on the weather to break!

I looked at a picture of the part number that you gave me vs the piece that i removed from the outdrive and it looks a bit different. The piece that i removed looks like metal with a rubber outer edge. I tried to upload a picture of the piece but couldnt get it work.
