Hi guys, thank you in advance for any help and advice. It all is much appreciated. I have been scouring forums and websites trying to find this little bugger. I recently purchased a 1985 Bayliner Capri with a Force 125 hp two-stroke outboard. Guy didnt know if it ran or anything really about it so I got it for a good price I believe. Paid $300 for boat and trailer. Both clean titles. Anyway. I have been tinkering with it over the past few weeks jjust checking everything and going through it and repairing anything that needed it. I was finally able to get it up and running.(I used a set of snorkles). It will idle just fine. Trim and tilt work good. Just has interior issues. Seats cracking and floor needs to be repaired some. No leaks though. So its a slower going project but one that I will enjoy. Hopefully. :) Ok, there is a linkage that is connected to the throttle. It goes up vertically up to I believe the stator or distributor. It has a all threaded stud with a nut on it and this little black plastic adjuster/lock? Well its broken. Have to just move it in and out to start it. So thats what I need. That little black clip. I have searched all over to purchase it. But I have no idea what its called or where to get it. Its frustrating. Any help please? I have taken a picture of it but I am having trouble uploading it. Keeps saying invalid file data? I'll keep trying though. Thanks guys.

Get a picture up if you can. I actually had a local machinist make me both ends from aluminum...I have numerous ones sitting in a bin.
