I just rebuilt my carbs in my 1989 130 hp outboard. Now I cant get it to start. It will start for a second or 2 when I spray fuel in the carbs. How do I check if carbs are getting fuel? I have pulled off line at filter and pumped the bulb and have gas. Same after the fuel pump. I have not check lines going to carbs yet.

1. Check the fuel lines and bulb to make sure you're getting good gas to the engine.
2. Check out the fuel filter on the engine. 90/10 gasoline can "gum up" a filter.
3. Replace the membrane on the fuel pump. They're rubber, and 90/10 gasoline reeks havoc on anything rubber.

Good news is that these items are easy to deal with.
