Help!! Need year/model to buy parts.

I mostly lurk and ya'll have help alot and I read the sticky and can't really make head or tails.
I have a Mercury BlackMax 150 Serial #0C109505 and need to order thermostat, poppet valve kit and fuel pump kit. I gave the Mercury dealer the Serial #s and they say it is a 200hp. It does say V200 on the cover that is over the flywheel. Cowl could have been changed I know, but the serial number fall in both 150 hp and 200hp range according to:

Can someone please help?

T-stats are part #75692 , poppet kit is 803062T1 and fuel pump is 21-42890A10

Can you help me on what motor I have, 150 or 200?
