I'm getting an overheating alarm (I assume that's what its for) when I leave the motor idling too long (maybe 3 to 5 minutes after its warm, or been running). I changed the water pump, only 2 years old with low hours, changed the thermostats, replaced the water separator. I had this same sympton before changing the water pump and thermostats too. If I rev it just a little, it will go away after a minute or so. If the water is cold, as in the fall, it won't go off. It takes warm water and idle time to set it off. Anybody have any ideas?
