I'm the original owner I bought this boat in 1985 and I have never had a problem with my boat until now, It is not getting fire to the starter can it be a fuse or the switch? I don't even know where the fuse box is so to say the least I need lots of HELP Thanks in advance to anyone who can HELP!!

Probaly ought to repost this in the Force outboard forum, perhaps maybe an administrator will.

That said, check your starter solonoid. Have a bud turn the key like he was going to start the engine. With a volt meter test the smaller terminals on the relay, you should have 12 volts, then put one test lead on the big red wire that goes to the starter and put the other lead on a known ground or black negative wire. You should have 12 volts there too, if you do not your starter solonoid is bad. If you have 12 volts on both sides of the solonoid (small terminals and large terminals) then your starter motor is likely at fault.
Remember, the key must be engaged as if you were starting the motor. If the key is just in the "on" position you will have 0 volts at the starter solonoid and starter.

I will move this to the Force forum for you. Not sure why you would put a Force outboard question in the Volvo IO forum.

When you turn the key and nothing happens, then it could just be the neutral switch. If you do not know what a neutral switch, remove the cowl and have someone shift the throttle lever and see the moving cable. A part of the moving cable is a plate that hits a switch with usually a white button. That button needs to be depressed before the starter can engage or energized. If you hear a click but the starter will not turn over, then it could be a bad starter relay or bad or dirty connection.
