Help selecting a prop

For my 1996 Bayliner Capri 17ft with 1995 Johnson 115 OB, I use Solaris 4 blade 15p aluminum prop (Solaris Amita-4 is cut like average 16P of other brands) and it works great. Great hole shot, great put-putting around the slow dock area and great for heavy loading.

If 17p 3-blade doesn't work well for your setup (after Stator is replaced), try the 4-blade next. I like 4-blades for my Bayliner bowrider.

The stator has fixed the spark issue and the motor runs great at idle now (much smoother than before.) I'm going to keep the prop and water test with this new CDI stator and I believe I'm going to see a major improvement. Thanks for all the help.
