Help with 60 degree looper

I have a 1996 GT 200 that is not a looper and is seized. I also have a 1996 200hp 60 degree looper just the powerhead which is a good runner. Can anyone tell me what parts I am going to need to swap the powerheads. It looks like the only thing I can use off the GT is the lower unit.

You need to check your model numbers as 1986 was last year of big bore crossflows(2.6) and after that the 200's are 90 degree loopers(3.0) There was never a 200hp 60 degree carb motor.
