I did a search and it looks liek these units are tough to get out..I am guessing i have to use some heat and a punch..Does anyone know if this is for both mounting bolts lower and upper?I took off the little pin on the top.It shot out somewhere!!!

Also the used unit i got has a plug with 2 wires then it has 3 other wires 2 of them go to a mount for a ground then a white wire which is cut? What is the small part next to the trim called? What does that do? I thought the motor would move up and down if i add some power to the one side of the plug? Nope..I think the motor is shot?
