Just had a cylinder job done on 1 cylinder. motor will not come up to speed at 2500 rpms...then it kicks in and almost throws you out of the boat and seems to run fine. I know the mechanic gunked the heck out of it with yama lube could this be why? he mentioned it wouldn't run right until we put some time on it to burn the extra oil out but it just doesn't seem right.
Any ideas?
