I was ready to put oil in gear box and aaked my friend to remove oil screw and he removes the rong screw and cant get gears goin right any easy way to solve it thanks jason

Been there. The only way I know is to remove the lower unit, take the top off and try to get it back together where you can somewhat see what you're doing. It took me several tries to get things all lined up once it was apart and visible.

Usually NO! Like thelmuth said it needs to come apart and re-assembled.
Be very careful when taking apart.
The cover of the shift shaft can be warped if you pry on it.
Remove all the screws and try to pry it at the waterpump base.
If you pry at the ends ican bend and it won't seaal right.
Also,you need to replace the o-ring and pressure test it.

is it the bolt at prop shaft and the bolt at the shift shaft then the gear case SHOULD come apart

Guess I should have asked what are we working on? Bolt at the prop shaft??? Bolt at shift shaft??? Pics.
Depending on the unit? There are different methods of repair?
