Pardon my ignorance, but what's the sub-floor outlet pipe for?

This boat is being converted to a center console, the tube is for steering/motor controls/wiring.

Man, that's sweet Jason. Can you come to Tejas next spring to do my project SkankyTex? Another old tri-hull, but just needs a new floor. I'll supply the tequila/beer.

I am in it about $700 so far which includes resin, mat, wood, 4 boxes of stainless screws, too many throw-away brushes and latex gloves to count, a gallon of rubberized non-skid stuff for the floor, and a stainless destroyer wheel. I am well within my $1200 to $1500 budget for the entire project.

Man Hours, thats a tough one, but I havn't worked more than 100 hours yet. I had a huge gap between teardown and start of rebuild due to the low temps. Now I am only getting an hour here and there because I get off work at around 5:00 or 6:00 in the evening and have to watch my shows and eat. I am halfway through resin coating the undersides and screwing in of floor panels. I am placing a strip of mat between floor panels and stringers, and screwing in the floor with 1 1/2 Stainless screws every six inches.

Looks good Jason. ;)
I think you're into overkill though with those 1 1/2" stainless screws 6" apart. I think you could have got by with drywall screws much farther apart [particularly since you're placing mat between the floor and stringers]. Try that on your next project boat. :D

I'm just hedging my bet with the screws and their spacing. :D
