Hi Temp Adhesive?

I am going to soundproof or at least decrease the noise that escapes from my motor.
I plan on buying Acoustiblok (4'x5' panel) and cut to shape for the inside of my cowling.

Does anyone have a good high temperature adhesive recommendation?

I've found 3M Hi Strength 90 Aerosol Adhesive, but am unsure if its what I should use.

Any ideas?

Thank you for the help and advice

Red RTV is made for high temp operation. Several mfgrs of it. Common at auto parts stores. Get some sand paper and rough up the surfaces. Then spray with brake parts cleaner to remove any grease and not hurt the paint. Then coat both surfaces and let it sit up for a few minutes and install.

Re: Hi Temp Adhesive?

Thanks for the info.

I went with the product/adhesive that Acoustiblok recommended and uses: FCA10 Fast Cure Adhesive.

Thanks again for the help tho.
