Hello,<br />I'm new to the site.<br />Having trouble keeping my little Johnson 3hp going. Runs ok at low speed but when I increase the throttle it cuts out. I recently rebuilt the carb and cleaned the fuel line etc. My question is, could the cause of my problem be an incorrectly set high speed jet? Perhaps I didn't back it off enough before closing up the carb? Does anyone know the proper setting for this jet? The motor is a 1990 and the model # is CJ3BRESR. Any other theories would also be appreciated...<br />Thanks.
