Hi folks, I have a VP 4.3L V6 1996 Vintage and when I bought the boat used it came with a Holley 4 Barrel 4160 600CFM carb. Does anyone know of a replacement that would bolt on to my manifold by another manufacturer. I am looking for something more up to date and with parts more readily available. Also something that is easier to tune. Still want a 4 barrel but am open to any other suggestions.

Thanks

There are NO carbs that there are More Parts, More Readily Available than a Holley......

Look at Any of the "Hot Rod" mail order catalog companies,.. Jegs, Summit, PAW,....
They All have Pages,+ Pages of Holley Stuff......

If you Still want another Brand,......
I prefer the Merc./Weber/Edlebrock/Carter Clones.....
The Edlebrock 1406 is a Great Marine Carb.....
Simple to Tune.......

Re: Holley Carb

I just got done rebuilding my 4bbl Holley yesterday.
A complete rebuild kit is like 50 bucks, and it is pretty easy to do(iv'e never done one before)
go to google and type in Holley carb rebuild, i'm sure you will find instructions on how to do it.
