Honda GX 340 11hp motor

I have a truck mounted compressor that runs on a <br />honda 11 hp motor, the motor quit on me and everytime i tried to start it, it blew the choke plate out by backfiring, took the valve cover off and found one pushrod bent, and the pushrod aligning plate broken so the rocker slipped off the valve and the exhaust valve didnt open causing backfire, now i need to know to finish the repairs, what the correct valve lash adjustment is for these motors

nope it doesnt say what i need to know but it tells me other things about the engine... I need the clearance between the rocker arm ant the top of the valve when the piston is at TDC

got a better link to a owners manual check my post I edited itgrad your serial number and download it free

click the gx 340 to download after you get your serial #, your serial # is under your gas tank by oil filler,or just download all three manuals top left of reader hit save a copy
