you said you changed the temp sen.
does that mean you put in a new sensor or switch? Did you check the old one to see what it reacted like ? Did you check the thermostat to see what it opened at and how far? Did you install a new one?
Robert ask if you had checked the cooling passages, that means pulling the head and the cover plate to see what they look like, did you do any of that?
The best way to get input is to give all the info in your first post along with the model number so we all know what motor we are talking about and what all you have done already.
