just when i thought there was no rot we found some pretty bad too. havent started repair yet so here is the question can i scab bulkhead and stringers with good wood and glassor just lots of glass thanks

I am hoping you are refering to cutting out the rotted wood and scabbing new wood to the remaining solid structure.

If you are refering to just glassing in new wood over the rot, that is a big no-no. Yeah, you could do it, but you are adding needless weight, and by leaving the rot you are guaranteeing that you will be doing the repair again. If you are going to spend the loot to buy the materials, then you might as well cut the rot out. Cutting the rot out costs noting but time and energy...
