I have a 1995 Four Winns Fling with an OMC (Johnson, Evinrude) 115 V4 (2cycle) with a jet drive.

I am afraid it might freeze before I get my shop manual in the mail.

Can anyone please explain how to drain the water in the cooling systen and add antifreeze before my block cracks?

I do all my own auto mechanic work but this is my first boat.

No water will remain in your block on an outboard! Just make sure you store your motor in the down position, which Im sure you are with a jet!

LubeDude

Thanks for the advice LubeDude.

Maybe I didn't explain what I have correctly. It is an OMC 115 hp V4 (2 cycle) power head mounted in board on a jet drive.

Oh, "the Fling", Now I know what you have, Thats an interesting setup! I still think that it all drains when the boat is out of the water! Although that is just an opinion and should be checked out when you get your manual!

LubeDude
