How can I tell if my u-joints are bad?

Alpha 1 Gen 2. They are the ones without grease fittings. There doesn't seem to be any play in them, but one is very stiff, hard to move. If there was a grease fitting, maybe I could pump some grease in there and work it lose. Do I need to replace it? (or both)
There was some water in the bellows. Did the water ruin the u-joint? I am replacing all the bellows as we speak.
Thanks,
Joe

Morning Joe, with water making it into the bellows and one being stiff, if it were mine I would replace it, probably both so I can have some grease fittings. You can remove the joint and have a look inside.

That's what I figured. I also thought the zerks would be a good idea. Thanks for the input!
