How do I tighten my steering

I have a cable steering system to my 2000 75 hp Merc 4 stroke and would like to tighten it up a bit. I do not see an adjustment on either the cable, steering box or the motor. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

It is unusual to have play in the steering in a boat that young. Were the cables not adjusted or tied down properly after your last winterizing? <br /><br />Never mind the "water on the water", can't start an early morning of fishing without one XL cup of TIM's.
