How may oil changes to eliminate H20 in oil

I've replaced the head gaskets and was still geting water. Replaced riser gaskets.. still water. Now I've replaced both riser and manifolds w/ new...still water. It does not seen to be as milky though. If the new exhaust fixed the problem would there still be a strong sign of milky oil in the 1st fresh oil change?

Yes. Two minimum and preferably three changes would be better. If it doesn't get appreciably better after the second change, I'd start suspecting a cracked head or block.

That's my problem also right now and I decided to<br />replace the old manifold waiting for the replacement unit. Hopefully it will solved to eliminate the milky oil. Let's try to fix it.
