easiest way is if you have the schrader valve on the primer. get the BRP Engine Tune, with the hose that attaches to the schrader valve(bicycle pump valve).
c if i get this right hook that up and start motor pump some in and dont let it stall then shut off and then what? and how much and how long ? does this help an engine and could i pick up maybee 50 rpms if my comp. goes up?
