Denatured alcohol or could try product called: "goof-off"
Most likely anything you use will take some of the color with it so you will still see a lighter spot on your pants.

To late since you washed them chalk it up to lesson learned, depending on how much you got on them you could have used brush and roller cleaner, denatured alcohol or goof off type of product but that has to be done before you wash and dry

I actually use mechanics hand cleaner (brand GOJO power gold). Rub it in, put a little water on it and rub it in again.... Run through the washer with your favorite soap on hot.
I got tranny fluid out of a pair of jeans this way (did it right after i spilled).
Try it.

If you didn't dry them in a the dryer, you still have a chance. But you will probably end up with a light spot, as mentioned above.

Goof Off is your best best. You WOULD NOT BELIEVE how well this stuff gets latex paint off of carpet. I used it at my old house when my stupid roomate got paint on his shoes and walked down the stairs. It took all that paint right off. Then I tried it on some other paint spots that had been there for years and they came off too! So if that doesn't work, nothing will.

Au contraire, mon ami! Does the OP have access to Amway products (or whatever they call themselves now)? If so, they have a product called LOC ("liquid organic cleaner"). When it comes to stain removal, that stuff is the cat's rear!
