How to remove this seal housing?

Is there a trick to removing this seal housing? I just want to change the driveshaft seals....

1996 50hp Merc 4-strk

I think it requires a special tool.

Here is what the seal housing looks like. It almost looks like its just a "press in" but there is nothing to grab to pull it out.

I got it out. What a poor system....nothing to grab......its pressed in......
