how to repair cracks on the jellcoat and polish and wax?

Hi Everybody,
I purchased a 01 larson 210SEI couple of weeks ago and there some cracks on the jeel coat and on couple of the spots on the Hull color variations.I have not done a jellcoat repair before and i would liek some advise and help with that? I beleive boats Hull has never waxed or polished and i am not sure which product to use and how to apply it. i am attaching links to pics of the cracks and color variation. And previous owner decided to change the connection hinge for the bimini top and filled the old holes how can i make them disappear..or make the boat more appealing.
